Online donations now possible. People who like doing business “on line” will be happy to learn that the West Vancouver Community Foundation has linked up with CanadaHelps.org to make donating really easy.

The advantages to using the on-line donation method are its convenience, and the fact that the written request to have the donation endowed in perpetuity is not necessary. The Canada Revenue Agency supports this method of making gifts to your community.

The West Vancouver Community Foundation provides a vehicle for interested donors to support specific charities, fields of interest, or the general welfare of our communities forever. A memorial tribute made to the Foundation not only honours the loved one but can support their causes annually.

Donations to the West Vancouver Community Foundation are held in a permanent capital fund, the earnings on which support projects in West Vancouver in perpetuity. All donors are recognized in the reports and records of the Community Foundation unless they request anonymity.

The Community Foundation manages its funds carefully, employing a conservative investment strategy.
